You’re refunded
Once your return reaches us, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days — usually sooner. What you paid for the item is what comes back.

- Items should be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service.

EU customers — nothing here limits your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect items — if we got something wrong, the return is on us. We cover return shipping and refund or replace immediately. A photo helps us fix it fastest.
