1. Overview
At Bagulia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it constitutes a binding agreement between you and Bagulia.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must:
- Contact us at shop@bagulia.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Wait for our written approval before sending anything back
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
4. Return Shipping
- All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Bagulia does not cover return postage, customs fees, duties, or any other charges associated with the return shipment
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
- Bagulia will not issue refunds for items that do not arrive at our facility
5. Return Address
Approved returns may be sent to one of the following addresses, which will be confirmed upon return approval:
Option A — Bagulia Warehouse (Poland): Poland, Warsaw Pesztenska Street
Option B — Manufacturer Warehouse: Manufacturer address is provided upon approval
The correct return address will be specified in your return authorization email.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14-30 business days depending on your payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Bagulia will be deducted from your refund
- Bagulia reserves the right to reject or reduce refunds for items returned in a condition that differs from how they were sent
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary
- If you still have not received it, contact us at shop@bagulia.com
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. Chargebacks filed without prior communication with Bagulia may result in the customer being permanently banned from purchasing on our store. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
Bagulia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.
