We trust our craftsmanships, but we also trust you. If your handbag experiences irreparable damage within three (3) years of purchase, we will replace it with a brand-new one, completely free. How to Make a Warranty Claim

We’ve made the process seamless and stress-free.

1- Submit Your Claim – Contact our Luxury Care Team with photos & a brief description of the damage.

2- Ship It to Us – We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for evaluation.

3- Expert Assessment – If the damage qualifies, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement. If repairable, we restore your bag at no charge.

4- Enjoy Peace of Mind – Luxury should never be stressful.

Terms & Conditions

The One-Time Miracle Warranty applies only to handbags purchased directly from Bagulia or an authorized retailer.

The warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase and limited to one (1) free replacement per bag.

If the same model or color is unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative of equal or greater value.

Damage must be deemed irreparable by our expert artisans. Minor wear & tear, scuffs, and fading from normal use are not covered.

Intentional damage, misuse, theft, or loss is not covered under this policy. For lost or stolen bags, see our Lost & Stolen Peace of Mind Guarantee.

Store credit for post-warranty claims (50%) is valid for six (6) months from the approval date.

The Timeless Care VIP Plan is a one-time purchase per bag and must be activated within 30 days of purchase to be valid.

Important Note: Warranty coverage is designed to honor genuine claims while ensuring fair use. We reserve the right to decline warranty requests that do not align with these terms.
