The One-Time Miracle Warranty applies only to handbags purchased directly from Bagulia or an authorized retailer.

The warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase and limited to one (1) free replacement per bag.

If the same model or color is unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative of equal or greater value.

Damage must be deemed irreparable by our expert artisans. Minor wear & tear, scuffs, and fading from normal use are not covered.

Store credit for post-warranty claims (50%) is valid for six (6) months from the approval date.
